On the last Saturday of May, Oaklands Mansion came alive with laughter and clinking glasses. James Manning, the Executive Director, along with his dedicated staff, hosted the annual spring party this year, before the heat of summer fully kicked in. Guests gathered on the grand porch, sipping handcrafted cocktails courtesy of Prichard’s Distillery and enjoying a full bar. Inside, the Mansion echoed with conversation as dinner was served in the elegant rooms steeped in history. The night flowed effortlessly, spring’s charm in full bloom. Ticket purchases, and especially sponsorships enable Oaklands Mansion to continue their mission of preservation and education. They conduct tours regularly and welcome volunteers.
