It is hard to believe November is already here! As we move into the holiday season, I hope you enjoy relaxing and flipping through this month’s VIP Murfreesboro.

Our VIProfile features Judge Howard Wilson, who has been making a meaningful impact in Rutherford County for more than 35 years—first as an attorney, and now as Chancellor for the 16th Judicial District. His journey into law and the tremendous impact he’s had on so many lives are truly inspiring.

With the first signs of the holidays around the corner, we’re taking you inside the incredible home of Natalie and Michael Burt. You are going to love their attention to detail and impeccable style. We so appreciate the Burt’s for allowing us to peek inside.

This month, we’re also shining a light on our local legal leaders—professionals who are ready to help when you need them most. We hope this feature helps you get to know them not just for their expertise, but as members of our community who truly care. We certainly have amazing attorneys in this town.

Our event pages are full of some of Murfreesboro’s premier events and some that you are sure to want to attend in the coming years! You’ll see highlights from Habitat for Humanity’s One Panel Build, Rutherford Recovery Court’s Fundraiser, as well as The Journey Home’s Grand Opening. We hope you feel inspired by the work that our local nonprofits are doing throughout our community.

As always, thank you for your continued support and readership. We love sharing the people, moments and stories that make Murfreesboro so special!

Mary Elam
